- I'll be 54 next month and I've been battling the same bulge all my life. I've had thinner moments and fatter periods all my life. So this is my gift to myself to work with Rylan and get some of this weight off. I'm riding in the MS Bike Ride fundraiser and I'll be biking 50 miles on Oct 3, here in NJ. So I 'm also trying to get some riding in each week plus this program. I recently joined Jazzercise and I'm going about 2 X a week. I'm looking for a new gym that we can use as a family. I have an 11 yr old son - yes I had the miracle birth at age 42. My husband loves me no matter what I weigh but I'm not happy right now. I have 2 sisters and now I qualify as the "fat" sister. So I have to get my act in gear and this program is the beginning. Thanks
